Your appointments are very important to me and are reserved specifically for you. I understand that sometimes life happens and schedule adjustments need to be made. To best serve all my clients; my cancellation, no-show, and late arrival policies are as follows:
-All appointments require a 24 hour notice of cancellation.
-Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will require a fee of 50% of the canceled service price to reschedule.
-Any no call/no show appointments will require a fee of the full amount of the missed service price in order to reschedule.
-When running late to an appointment, please contact me to see if your appointment is still able to be accommodated.
-Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late I may not be able to complete all scheduled services.
Service Redo Policy
My goal is for everyone who sits in my chair to love their hair. If you are not completely happy with your cut or color, let me know within 1 week of your visit and I will be happy to make any minor adjustments needed at no additional charge.
Retail Return Policy
I only sell products that I personally use in the salon so I'm confident that they are excellent quality. If for some reason you purchase a product with a faulty sprayer or some other packaging issue, I will be happy to exchange it for another within 1 week of purchase. Otherwise, all retail items are final sale and can not be exchanged or refunded.
